Shipping Policy

Shree Consumer Products Private Limited is committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of all orders placed through www.shree.com. This Shipping Policy outlines the manner in which orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered, and by placing an order on the website, you agree to the terms mentioned herein.

Orders placed on the website before 6:00 pm are generally processed for dispatch on the same day or the next working day, whereas orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours. In cases where an order is placed after 6:00 pm on a Saturday, it will be processed for dispatch on Monday evening, as Sunday is considered a non-working day for order processing.

Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address, PIN code, and contact details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete. Any delay in delivery arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Shree shall not be held liable for such delays.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination of the shipment. For deliveries within the city of New Delhi, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days. For Delhi-NCR (Within Zone), delivery generally takes up to 4 working days. For metro cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata, delivery may take approximately 5 to 7 working days. For Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities falling under Rest of India (RoI A and RoI B), delivery may also take around 5 to 7 working days, depending on location and courier service availability. Special or extraordinary destinations such as North East, Andaman and Nicobar, and Jammu & Kashmir may require approximately 8 to 9 working days for delivery due to logistical constraints. Additionally, orders containing liquid items may take around 5 to 7 working days for delivery, considering handling and transportation requirements.

Shree ships all orders through authorized third-party logistics partners selected at its discretion. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, although Shree will make reasonable efforts to assist in case of transit-related issues.

In the event that a shipment is returned to Shree due to an incorrect address, failure to contact the recipient, or non-acceptance of delivery, the customer may be contacted for clarification, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
