Shree provides its products and services subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing or using products through www.shree.com, you voluntarily and unconditionally agree to these terms.

When you use any services of Shree or communicate via email, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. We may contact you via email, SMS, or other electronic means. You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement of written communication.
Copyright:
All content available on the Shree website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and data, is the property of Shree or its authorized partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of the content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under Indian law.
Trademarks:
All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand elements related to Shree Roasted Chana, Shree Roasted Chana (Salted), and Shree Sattu are owned by Shree. Use of these trademarks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Your Account:
If you register on the Shree portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that all activities under your account are your responsibility. Shree reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at its discretion.
Risk of Loss:
All products purchased from Shree are shipped under a shipment contract. The risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping partner.
Returns, Refunds, and Title:
Shree will accept returns only in the following cases:

Product beyond shelf life
In such cases, a refund will be provided as store credit after deducting fixed shipping charges.
Any complaints regarding product quality or packaging will be reviewed by Shree and considered only after proper verification, including images and proof of purchase. All complaints must be sent to info@shree.com with product details, order details, and payment proof.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
Shree products, including Shree Roasted Chana, Shree Roasted Chana (Salted), and Shree Sattu, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Shree does not guarantee that the website or products will be error-free or free from technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Shree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products or services.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising from the use of Shree products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. All disputes shall be resolved individually and not through any class action or collective proceeding.
Minimum Order:
A minimum order value of ₹500 is required for purchase. This amount is inclusive of taxes and packaging. Currently, Shree offers free shipping on all orders.

There are no hidden charges. You will only be charged the amount displayed at checkout. In case of any unauthorized transaction, please report it within 30 days to info@shree.com.
If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is usually reversed within 7 business days. For further assistance, email us with your order number.
